Ski Simulator Training

Beginning July 30th
Thursday evenings starting at 5:00 I will provide instruction in 30 minute time slots. The instruction is free but simulator time is fee based depending on participation. More information to come on cost.
Come dressed in athletic attire, bring your ski boots a towel and hydration.
Read the other replies to make sure a time slot is open.
Make sure to include the date and time you want.
Note: This is an athletic aerobic exercise and not recommended for anyone with a medical condition.
