Telluride, CO 2024

January 27, 2024 @ 8:00 am February 3, 2024 @ 5:00 pm

IMPORTANT UPDATE:  Telluride Group A is full. Telluride Group B is accepting waitlist application forms with no money due until June. We are working to add additional spots to this trip! Group B availability and pricing will be confirmed/released in June. At that time, Abbie will follow up with the waitlisted contacts. In June, waitlisted contacts can confirm and pay the deposit or withdraw (no penalty). A trip application form must be submitted online for every individual wanting to be added to the waitlist in order to hold a spot. Group B can do lodging only if preferred.

A town known for playing hard, and that doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. Enjoy a diverse and exciting nightlife that lets you easily hop between restaurants, bars, and pubs. Casual to fine dining, live music, dancing, and more will keep you entertained late into the evening.

Epic Passes require purchasers to sign off on liability and upload ID photos so lift tickets will not be included in the trip cost.

Club and Trip Policy

Schussmeisters’ of Michigan provides a zero profit zero loss Western Ski Trip.  Every effort has been made to provide our members with the lowest cost trip available with the amenities they have become accustom to.   In these uncertain times with airlines changing policy and rising fuel costs, Schussmeisters’ of Michigan cannot be responsible for added fees by outside operations.  In the event our trips have a positive balance after all bills are paid – the profit will be divided between all participants. Refunds under 10.00 will not be made. In the event there is a negative balance after the trip — all participants will be required to share in that cost.  Availability of lodging and transportation etc. may change due to circumstances out of our control. Every effort will be made to notify attendees as soon as possible and a suitable alternative will be utilized.

Trip Cancellation Policy

Deposits for all trips will be established by the trip Director, Abbie Meredith, Cell No. (810) 923-9577, E-Mail: Skiabbie@gmail.com

Unless a replacement is found, expenses incurred by Schussmeisters’ of Michigan., such as bus fees, are non-refundable and will be passed on to the person canceling.  Any refunds should be mailed out two weeks after the completion of the trip (if any).

In special situations, the Board of Directors, at its discretion, may decide to waive the cancellation fee.  Special cases are to be submitted in writing to the Schussmeister’s Board for review.

Payment Policy

A deposit and fully executed trip agreement (online or paper versions are accepted) are both required to hold your spot on the trip. Payment is due on or before the payment due date. Balances may be paid in full at anytime. Late payments or failure to pay your full balance by the final payment date may impact the trip leaders ability to secure your travel arrangements and/or accommodations.
